While normal business hours are 8.30-18.30, we will do everything in our power to support you at all time:
- If any equipment fails during your shoot, you can get instant support outside business hours thru our emergency dispatch. Just call our main number, and you can opt. for the emergency operator.
- If you know in advance that pick up or return of the equipment will be outside business hours, you can ask for a keycard for our dispatch. This enables you to pick up or return your equipment at any time.
